EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE CHACABUCO, EN USO DE SUS FACULTADES Y ATRIBUCIONES ACUERDA Y SANCIONA: la siguiente
ORDENANZA N° 10.875/26.
ARTÍCULO 1º: Convalídese el Contrato de Locación celebrado entre la Municipalidad de Chacabuco, representada en este acto por el Sr. Intendente Municipal, el Dr. Rubén Darío Golia DNI Nº 22.575.124 y el Sr. Alfredo Raúl Ricardi DNI Nº 14.965.665, para el funcionamiento del CAI Rayuelas, con relación al inmueble ubicado en calle Almirante Brown Nº 137, de la ciudad de Chacabuco.
ARTICULO 2º: Autorizase a la afectación de fondos en futuros ejercicios.
ARTICULO 3º: Comuníquese al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal e Inscríbase.
